When Griff McDonald and Larry Hastie founded Retirement Income Solutions in 1992, the two college friends and practiced financial leaders had one goal: to be true and trusted partners to their clients in managing their lives and finances.

Griff has continued his advisory role for various community organizations, including the Ann Arbor Public Schools, for which he won the district’s Martin Luther King Humanitarian Award.
